| Please keep in mind that the cards are handmade and therefore may differ slightly from images shown on this website. If you find it necessary to return products, your options are outlined below.

| If you are unhappy with your purchase you have the option of receiving credit. You will only receive credit to the amount of your total cost price [excludes postage]. |

| If there is an error with your order that I am responsible for [wrong or damaged products], you have the option of receiving either a refund or credit to the amount of your total order price [includes postage]. |

| Credit |
| To receive credit you must return the product[s]. You can use the credit up to one year after your initial payment. I will record your name and credit amount and the next time you order your charge will be reduced by the credit amount. Make sure you are using the same name and address for verification purposes. |
| Refund |
To receive a refund you must return the product[s]. I will then send you a money order for the total order price of the returned product[s].
When returning products, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Post all returns to my contact address. If you want to discuss your returns issue email me [sa@imagize.net]. |
